HDTFA: Historical Data Test Forecast Accuracy
Historical Data Test Forecast Accuracy (HDTFA)
represents the average accuracy of the forecasting
methods when tested against historical stock market
index data.

For example, a HDTFA of 100 for a stock market index
forecast suggests that the index will be, on average,
within 100 points of the forecast. So, a stock market
index forecast of 1000 with a HDTFA of 100 suggests
that the index will, on average, be between 900 and 1100
during the target month. (1000 - 100 = 900; 1000 + 100
= 1100)
